Bejant enables leading organisations to lower the cost of graduate recruitment, while improving success levels of hiring the right people.

Bejant has redefined the graduate recruitment market by providing an online, subscription service for recruiters that combines powerful search and tracking with fast, superior interaction using video and web mediums.

For graduates, Bejant offers a powerful careers tool and networking site that helps them be more successful at securing the right job. Social networking software allows them to network amongst peers to gain valuable, upfront experience of the employment process and knowledge of targeted employers and recruiters. Finally, Bejant empowers students with news and links to specialist personal improvement services.

Our History

Bejant's innovative services focus on using the right technology to deliver a more complete picture of potential candidates previously unavailable to employers. Video and more in-depth social and professional profiles now available through Bejant, work to save time for human resources teams, significantly reducing the error rate when selecting interview candidates.

The convenience of the web based solution and flexible design have also made Bejant's service easier to track and interact with students from year one right through to graduation; For example employers can build their own interactive Bejant 'Talent Book' of students they want to keep an eye on and similarly, use an Notes option to stay notified of developments.

Our Vision

Bejant is dedicated to driving down the cost of recruitment, reducing time to hire and improving the compatibility between employer and graduate.

We are committed to building a leading, global recruitment service and to assembling a talented team of professionals who share our vision and passion for the marketplace.

What does the name 'Bejant' mean?

We chose the name Bejant because the word 'bejant' pronounced in Chinese means 'Has to be the best'.

The word is also steeped in history, originating from the ancient scottish university of St Andrews, the third oldest university in the English speaking world.

At St Andrews the word 'bejant' is used to refer to a first year student who is 'graduating' from their previous course and starting their career at university. We feel this echoes nicely with our role helping students graduating from university take their first step towards professional employment.
