Professional profiles

When you first sign up with Bejant, a personal profile is created to hold your professional details. It is important to add as much information to this profile as you can, as potential employers will use this information to match you against opportunities they have.

Unlike many recruitment systems that you may have used in the past, Bejant is a two way system, not only can you use the system to search for companies and vacancies, but employers can also use the system to search for potential candiates, so it is important to be as detailed as possible when filling in the profile to ensure that you maximise your chances of being selected.

To help you gauge how complete your profile is, we have included a graphical indicator. This will show your profile is full when you've added information to every section

Like a CV your profile is your showcase, so spend some time completing it, and be sure to add a video showing potential employers who you are and highlighting your unique qualities.

Completing your professional profile

After registering with Bejant, you should complete your profile. Make sure you add in information in every section, including:

• Your qualifications - important information for employers seeking qualified individuals
• Your personal interests - helps employers understand your personal drivers
• Your professional goals - employers like to understand what your personal development goals are
• A suitable headshot picture - adds a "face" to the name
• And most importantly - a video CV

An important feature of the Bejant site is the ability to create a video CV and add it to your profile. The video CV allows you to show off to potential employers and give them a chance to see your personailty. Promoting yourself

Having completed your profile, there are many ways of promoting yourself to put yourself across in the best light.
