The ASBU is Oracle’s new Applications Sales Business Unit with responsibility for selling CRM & ERP business solutions into the UK Market. The primary role of a Business Development Consultant is the generation of sales opportunities and pipelineby engaging in the coverage and follow up of Sales & Marketing driven campaigns.The role will be based in the Dublin office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working closely with Sales Executives and Field Sales Representatives in order to maximise sales opportunities with new and existing clients
- Sourcing leads through a combination of inbound call handling, marketing campaign follow up, and cold calling campaigns and subsequently managing leads with internal and external sources
- Building and developing relationships with key stakeholders
- Analysing and translating customer requirements in relation to business obstacles and identifying appropriate potential Oracle solutions
- Presenting product features, benefits and overall Oracle solution
- Meeting and exceeding set targets and key objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Team player who can motivate and lead others
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment.
- Willingness to join a dynamic, multinational team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential.
