The Technology General Business Unit (TGB) is the Oracle line of business responsible for selling Database and Middleware solutions to emerging and midsized organisations in the United Kingdom.
This is an entry-level telesales position for recent University graduates that offers those who are successful in the role a defined path for advancement into a variety of sales, marketing, and account management positions.
The TGB Business Development Consultant will be based in Dublin, Ireland.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning with Telesales Account Managers and Channel Sales Representatives in order to maximise sales opportunities with new and existing clients
- Executing demand generation through a combination of marketing campaign follow-up and cold calling initiatives
- Managing leads with internal and external sources
- Updating Customer Relationship Management system
- Analysing customer requirements in order to accurately assess the Oracle opportunity Identifying and presenting appropriate potential Oracle solutions, including relevant product features, benefits and overall Oracle value proposition
- Participating in all Meetings and Management reviews
- Meeting and exceeding set sales targets and key objective
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer Science/IT, Engineering, or Business degree
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and drive
- Achievement orientated
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fluency in English
