-This role starts with 3.5 weeks intensive training where you will learn about selling methodologies and products offered by Oracle.
-Throughout the year, you will have access to ongoing training and development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build business approach to generate valuable opportunities by calling (outbound calls) potential customers and by taking calls (inbound calls) from potential customers
- High level of collaboration with in-country
- Marketing and Sales teams Meet agreed target for business opportunities generation and quality standards
- Pipeline Management Improving selling techniques using a proven selling methodology
- Through this position a high level of sales skills and pipeline building will be achieved with an important emphasis on quality of business forwarded to the Sales teams.
- This role requires a high level of motivation as well as the ability to sell and persuade.
- The successful Business Development Consultant is offered excellent career progression after a period of continuous learning and development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Fluency in one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and/or Finnish
- Successful completion of a 3rd level business-related discipline Willing to succeed in Sales!
- Willing to join a dynamic, multinational team
- Willing to develop your skills in Sales and Technology
- This vacancy is open to Graduates.
- Previous experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
