Oracle
Provide financial analysis and business partnering support to the EMEA Licence Finance team. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic Finance function, learn the complexities of a multinational corporation, while studying for a recognised accounting qualification.


SCOPE:

  • Reports to the FD Finance - EMEA Licence

  • Works as part of the EMEA Licence Finance Team Based in Reading




RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Aid in the long range planning and annual licence business planning processes.

  • Participtate in the forecast process, understanding the reasons behind forecast movements.
    Involvement in the annual compensation planning process.

  • Provide timely and accurate management information.

  • Analyse variances and understand the reasons behind them.

  • Ensure countries are reporting revenue, costs and headcount correctly and follow up with the countries any non-compliance.

  • Help to drive standardisation of reporting across EMEA.

  • Help develop financial and operational performance metrics and interpret results to help drive business improvements.

  • Carry out scenario planning.

  • Maximise the use of internal systems.

  • Work with and implement EMEA and Corporate Finance initiatives.

  • Administor the Knowledge Management system.

  • Perform ad hoc analysis Participate in projects as required



STUDY PACKAGE:
CIMA study package

PERSONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideally a Finance, Business, Numerate, Science Degree.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to join a dynamic team .
Excellent planning and organising skills.
Fluency in English is essential.
