SCOPE:
- Reports to the FD Finance - EMEA Licence
- Works as part of the EMEA Licence Finance Team Based in Reading
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aid in the long range planning and annual licence business planning processes.
- Participtate in the forecast process, understanding the reasons behind forecast movements.
Involvement in the annual compensation planning process. - Provide timely and accurate management information.
- Analyse variances and understand the reasons behind them.
- Ensure countries are reporting revenue, costs and headcount correctly and follow up with the countries any non-compliance.
- Help to drive standardisation of reporting across EMEA.
- Help develop financial and operational performance metrics and interpret results to help drive business improvements.
- Carry out scenario planning.
- Maximise the use of internal systems.
- Work with and implement EMEA and Corporate Finance initiatives.
- Administor the Knowledge Management system.
- Perform ad hoc analysis Participate in projects as required

PERSONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideally a Finance, Business, Numerate, Science Degree.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to join a dynamic team .
Excellent planning and organising skills.
Fluency in English is essential.
