Internal Sales Representative - Global Sales Role Description •  Drive incremental business through winning new Global business
•  Maximize Revenue by creating new opportunities for new LOB’s.
•  Proactively contact new customers, selling products and services based on Solution Selling
•  Keep customer issues to minimum and ensure that any that do arise are resolved in a timely manner and to the optimum customer satisfaction
•  Be responsible for designing and implementing account plans and strategies to meet your financial targets & objectives.
•  Work with sales management and the external sales team to identify and develop a pipeline of business opportunities
•  Build long term relationships with decision makers in your customers
•  Communicate and sell Dell's full range of products and services to these accounts with particular attention to growing our enterprise & services business
•  Ensure that all forecasts are completed to deadlines weekly/daily Person Specification 
• Customer focused & results orientated
• At least 3 years sales experience with good sales track record, preferably in the IT sector
• Excellent working knowledge of Dell's relationship products and services
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
• Ability to interact and negotiate with key decision makers within an organization
• Self-starter capable of working on your own initiative
• Good knowledge of Dells sales systems and processes highly desirable
• Ability to pull together various resources to sell and deliver customer solutions
• Good organisational and time management skills are highly desirable
